Strict No Return & No Exchange Policy
Ravika Fashion operates under a strict No Return and No Exchange policy. Once an order is successfully delivered, all sales are considered final. We cannot process returns or exchanges for reasons including sizing discrepancies, color preference variations, or change of mind.
Why We Have This Policy
Our collections feature handcrafted, premium ethnic wear (sarees, kurtis, lehengas, and fusion wear) produced with delicate fabrics, detailed embellishments, and intricate hand embroidery.
To maintain absolute hygiene and ensure the pristine, unworn status of high-end garments for all our clients, we do not restock or resell delivered apparel. This standard ensures that every customer receives brand new, untouched products directly from our design workshop.

Damaged or Incorrect Item Received?
In the extremely rare event that your product has a manufacturing defect or is different from what you ordered, please contact our support desk within 24 hours of package delivery. Please share your order number and dynamic unboxing pictures or a short unboxing video.
Order Cancellations
Orders are eligible for cancellation only before dispatch. Once your order has left our storage warehouse and has been handed over to our delivery partner, cancellation requests cannot be completed.
