No Return & No Exchange Policy

Ravika Fashion operates a no return and no exchange policy. Once a product has been successfully delivered to you, it cannot be returned or exchanged for any reason — including wrong size, colour preference, or change of mind. All sales are final.

Why This Policy?

Our products are handcrafted ethnic wear — sarees, kurtis, lehengas, and more — made with delicate fabrics and intricate embroidery. For hygiene and quality assurance reasons, once a garment leaves our warehouse and is delivered to you, we are unable to restock or resell it. This policy allows us to maintain the highest standards of quality for every customer.

Damaged / Wrong Item Received?

In the rare event that you receive a damaged or incorrect item (different from what you ordered), please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with unboxing photos and your order number. We will investigate and resolve the issue at our discretion.

Order Cancellation
