Standard Delivery
Most Orders5–10 business days across major cities in India.
Metro Cities
FasterDelhi, Mumbai, Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad, Kolkata — typically 3–5 business days.
Remote Areas
VariesTier-3 cities and remote pin codes may take 10–14 business days.
Shipping Coverage
We ship across all states and union territories of India. International shipping is not currently available. We partner with trusted courier services including Shiprocket, Delhivery, and Blue Dart to ensure safe delivery.
Shipping Charges
Shipping charges, if any, are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and order weight. We periodically run free shipping promotions — subscribe to our newsletter to stay updated.
Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day. You will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking number once your order is dispatched.
Tracking Your Order
Once dispatched, you will receive an SMS/email with your tracking number. You can track your order on the courier partner's website. You can also view your order status by visiting the My Orders section in your account.
Undelivered / Failed Deliveries
If a delivery attempt fails (e.g., recipient unavailable, incorrect address), the courier will make 2–3 attempts before returning the package. In case of a return-to-origin (RTO), we will contact you to arrange re-delivery. Additional shipping charges may apply for re-deliveries.
Address Accuracy
Please ensure your delivery address is complete and accurate at the time of ordering. Ravika Fashion is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect address information. Address changes after dispatch are not possible.
